Hello. We understood that this was reported as a multiplayer-specific issue, that detail was not missed.

Our team need to be thorough and that means testing multiple scenarios, to understand it fully. They explained that they can test this scenario in multiplayer however it will take a long time to get to Enbesa and building Palaces with a high level of attractiveness.

There doesn't appear to be a clear trend regarding which players are affected by this. From what I can see, your system specifications are quite varied.

The point of this video is to highlight the fact that even with RFF active, it apparently doesn't work in some cases, not entirely sure why this is one of them.

Hello everyone!

Apologies for the DirectX crashes you are still experiencing. We have forwarded feedback to our devs regarding this to help with their investigation.

In the meantime, we have found the following steps have helped the majority of players -

- Navigate to this location: %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\config\
- Delete engine.ini or open it and change "Device Type" from DX12 to DX11

This will force the game to use Dx11 instead of Dx12 and hopefully stop the error occurring for you.

I have tried looking into this for you. We don't appear to have any game-specific installation issues for PS5, however the error itself seems to be quite general.

My first recommendation would be to contact PlayStation Support, or check their guides for this error.
