Hello everyone!

The 2 main topics in this thread appear to be sound issues & hit registration, so I would like to tackle them both.

As of our most recent update, Y5S3.1, the missing & inverted issues seem to have now been resolved. Of course we are still keeping an eye on things, but it is looking very positive so far. We tweeted about this here: https://twitter.com/Rainbow6Game/sta...023598086?s=20

Regarding hitbox registration - We have started to see more reports since Operation Shadow legacy however nothing has been concluded just yet. All reported are being forwarded to our team who will investigate.

Intentional team killing is against our Code of Conduct, as it is interrupting the flow of gameplay. We understand this does accidentally happen however, therefore in-game sanctions are short and temporary.

There is no number I can provide for what it would take, but please be aware that we take the Code of Conduct seriously; we simply want players to be able to enjoy the game.

1. We have not been able to detect any silent disconnection issues, however we are checking for reports to see if we can determine what is happening. Apologies for the inconvenience.

2. Regarding sound issues - We just released patch Y5S3.1 which seems to have resolved missing sounds & inverted audio. Can you please confirm if everything now seems to work as intended?

3. Is this regarding the new Map Ban feature? We have found this does not always work as intended; the issue has been reproduced and we're working on a fix!

I know this may be an unusual suggestion but can you confirm if this issue occurs after disabling anti-aliasing, or changing to FXAA? I have seen similar behaviour before and this helped.

A Ubisoft account is free, anyone can make one. However, Rainbow Six Siege would need to be purchased by each account holder if they wish to play.

Hello!

By cable icon I believe you are referring to a connectivity issue. This is likely related to damaged / missing game files, judging by your descrption.

Having the game installated on a separate drive may not be the issue, it may simple be that files have been lost during the transfer.

I recommend a full reinstallation of the game at the location you wish to use.
