There is no known work around for this error; I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Even if your graphics card was strong enough to handle the game, it also needs to be designed to be compatible with the Vulkan API.

Hey!

Your PC certainly looks to be up-to-spec to play the game. The error still suggests that an incompatible driver version is installed.

- How much RAM do you have installed?
- Which driver version do you currently have installed?

In the meantime, I recommend trying the following -

The answer I am able to provide is a lot less detailed. We don't have any information whether PS5 discs will work on the PS4 but my understanding is the same as CalKlein's, I don't believe they will.

I start matchmaking, wait about a minute and then get the error. I have confirmed that if I remove all my additional accounts from my Ubisoft account (All, and I do mean ALL of my account except for the Microsoft account, I am able to match-make without any issues. But if I want to play any Ubisoft game on any other platform my Xbox copy of Rainbow Six: Siege will stop working.

So I know it's the profile but this is a huge hassle.

Hello everyone!

Our testing team have not been able to reproduce this issue just yet. They have some questions to help them investigate further -

- Are you able to provide a video of this behaviour?

- Does this ever happen on a new map, or does it only seem to affect existing maps?

- Did you attach the screens on any custom block?

- Did you edit the screen while being in a specific mode? (ghost block mode, free block mode, air block mode etc.)

Thanks for returning to me again, very unusual indeed.

Although this issue does seem to be at a graphics card level, I would also like to suggest the following to see if you see any different behaviour -

- Ask a friend / family member to log in on your laptop, and see if the issue occurs on their account
- Try logging in to a different / new Windows user, and see if the issue happens

If these steps don't work, our technical team can investigate further for you. I will update your case's notes so our team know what has been tried so far.

Although you have only noticed this issue, this behaviour indicates it could be an issue with the graphics card or perhaps the drivers. We will of course do everything we can to help!
