Hello! I'm not familiar with this behaviour however it sounds like a drive or permissions issue, rather than a game issue.

- Is the game installed on your default C:\ drive or on a different drive?
- Have you checked if the game files are actually deleted, or are they still in the folder location?
- Do you have any third party anti-virus installed?
- Do you own the game in Uplay, or a different launcher?

Can you please confirm that you have reinstalled the game's supporting software? I found some forum threads where players resolved their issue this way.

Hello!

Checking for malware is certainly worth trying. Keep in mind however that anti-virus itself can cause issues with games, as they can be overprotective and quarantine files you need.

My recommendation would be to stick with Windows Defender as that is a very good application, and you can choose what software to trust. Installing multiple anti-virus solutions will likely cause you more issues than anything.

All players need to contact Ubisoft Support for an appeal, there is no special treatment.

It can quickly be determine if the sanction applied is valid and a support agent can help you with this.

We are aware that phone numbers sometimes cannot be added to a Ubisoft Account, this is being investigated by our Accounts team.

In the meantime, you should have the option to skip adding a phone number.

The game should automatically activate & link to your Ubisoft account, without any need for an activation code.

Is it Uplay or Epic that is requesting a key, and have you been able to launch the game at all?

When you say freeze, do you mean the game literally keeps freezing, or is your FPS dropping?

Currently, what FPS are you able to maintain?

Does restarting your PC help at all?
