In my experience, this issue usually occurs due to a corrupt profile, or lack of writing permissions to save the file.

The Update Rate icon appears when your FPS is unstable, and not enough packets are being sent back to the server.

Can you please answer the following -

- How long have you been facing this issue?
- What FPS are you getting in-game? You can enable the FPS counter in Uplay's settings
- How often do you face this issue?
- How often does your FPS drop very low?

We should be able to resolve this issue by helping you maintain a steady FPS and connection to our servers.

Hello! We have not detected any server issues at this time, so we're doing our best to make sure the connectivity troubleshooting has been followed fully in the meantime. Everyone's network is different and we can't make any presumptions that all steps have already been tried.

Can you please confirm if you receive any errors, other than what is shown in the above image?

If you have a Switch account linked to your Ubisoft account, please try temporarily unlinking it to see if that helps. This is an ongoing investigation of ours.

If you are using a VPN, please also try disabling it to see if that helps.

Can you please also confirm which CPU you are using?

You and your friends will be able to play together without Club access. Anyone with Standard Access can create a local server and anyone with at least Starter Access can join

Regarding point 3 - The video helped me understand what you are doing, however it would be much easier to see the issue from your perspective if we could have screenshots or a video of your 3D triangle creation. Would that be possible? If your issue is clearly presented, it will make it easier for us to try to reproduce it and investigate and potential issues.

4. Thank you very much for the image. Considering there is an error, that suggests this is intended behaviour and there is a technical limitation to it. I will submit this as a suggestion however and see what the team say

I will do the best I can to tackle each of your points -

1|2. I will report the creation of triangles to the Trackmania team, perhaps they can improve this to allow you to zoom in closer

3. Would it be possible to provide more images, or a video of what you see? The single image makes it difficult to determine if there is an issue, and how best to tackle it.

4. Just to make sure I understand correctly. Are you saying you can't copy keyframes between 2D and 3D triangles, or you can't copy them at all?

5. This will be reported too! I may need to come back to you with more questions if we are unable to reproduce it
