We have found in our testing that these crashes can be caused by screen recording software, perhaps this also includes OBS.

We'll continue to investigate on our side!

Hello! I'm sorry to read this happened to you; it's especially awful that it happened during round 9.

We don't have the ability to override the outcome of the match, or the MMR gained / lost. The best course of action is for us to try to understand why the crash happened, and prevent it from happening again.

Same with the brake. I am using Thrustmaster T300RS wheel with gas and brake pedals, and I tried binding them to analog brake/accelerate.

At least there should be an option in the menu to invert the pedals since maybe then they would work as intended.

What I dont understand is why the name was fine until I changed it. How does ubisoft determine what gets the axe?
Is there a way to see what words are actually banned? My friends and I have noticed that a great deal of harmless words, terms, and even profile pictures are either banned or result in removal.

Hello everyone!

I appreciate this is a frustrating issue, and our team continues to investigate.

As it currently stands - The error mostly seems to occur if you experience a connectivity issue during the match. You will see the "Synchronising Data" message, however you should still see your rewards when you next launch the game.

Another possibility is if there was a server outage / maintenance at the end of the match. This may result in you not receiving rewards however, and your stats are likely to remain the same.

I hope that helps clear some thing up while we continue to investigate!

The issue happens 100% of the time when playing Lone Wolf and it is not occurring with any other game mode. In Lone Wolf you never get renown (win or lose) even when clicking onto next match, restarting, etc. Your game is broken for over two weeks now and you apparently have not only no idea how to fix it but also no true understanding of what the issue is. - Once you are shown Operation Shadow Legacy, are you given the menus / buttons?
- Do you get any error messages?

Hey. As I explained above, the answer we received regarding connectivity was general information, which can happen in all gamemodes.

We understand this happens in Lone Wolf specifically and this was easy enough to reproduce. The next stage is to implement a fix.

Hello everyone!

We have not been able to determine an issue on our side at this time. I can see there are some mentions of those living in Florida, and with the ISP Spectrum. This is something we are keeping in mind, however we've not yet been able to find an issue.

I appreciate you have been through an awful lot of steps mugsy.-, if the latest images you have provided still show Double NAT, we can't guarantee you will be able to connect without issues.


@airrodgers12 Can you please also confirm who your Internet Service Provider is? Have you followed any connectivity troubleshooting?

So to get able to queue to ranked again, you need to enter a quickmatch or something and either lose or win.

I understand that you as a support dont know much other than the standard helpdesk info you are given, but please someone who know what im talking about fix it, or pass it on to someone who can.
