Hey there @aryabakh, this thread made me think I had taken my glasses off without realizing, very strange visual glitch here.

Hopefully I can help you get this figured out, and we'll escalate this to the development team for a second opinion if I can't.

Could you grab a screenshot of your "Display" settings in the in-game menu for me? There may be an option I can suggest changing that wont impact the visual fidelity of the game but will fix this stretching on certain effects.

Hey there @rajpopstar3007, sorry to see you're having some issues with quest markers not appearing. A lot of the quests in Valhalla could be really annoying to get through without any indication of where to go. I'll need to see a few pictures to try and help you out here.

First, take a screenshot of the main menu of the game, so I can see the current update number that you're on.

After that, take a screenshot of your current quest log in quests tab.

Finally, take a screenshot of the quest names you can see in the HUD.

I'm very sorry to hear you ended up with a ban. If you feel that your ban was not deserved, you will need to reach out to the support team directly through an email case here. Make sure you fill in the correct info in all the drop-down boxes, then scroll down the page until you see a text box where you can type a summary of your issue. Fill that in with your username, the date that you were banned, and the reason that was listed in the email notifying you of the ban.
