Sorry to see you're having consistent crashing issues in game. Would it be possible for you to record the entire process that causes you to crash, along with the system crashing error that appears?

You can use your phone to record the screen and upload the video to YouTube for me.

Can you take a screenshot of the loot selection menu for the Countdown missions? If you are not able to access that menu at all, record a short video of the process of starting a Countdown mission and post a link to the video in this thread.

Also, can you take a screenshot of your current agent stats and level for me?

Sorry for the delay on my response to this thread. If you have experienced one of these disconnects yourself, do you have a picture or screenshot of the error message? If you do not personally have one, but you can get one from someone who has experienced the disconnect seeing the specific error someone gets when this disconnect happens could be very useful.

There are no restrictions on the support website for IPs from certain countries. If chats are closed, click the "Submit My Case" button to submit your case as an email ticket. Let us know once that is done so that we can check the results of your traceroute.

Make sure you run the traceroute command to trace your connection to Ubisoft.com

The full command will be: tracert support.ubisoft.com

Hey there @Golbird!

Make sure you check the map for a secondary manhunt target. If you are not able to listen to the recording, it would usually indicate that you've only completed one part of a manhunt and not the entire thing.

If you have definitely killed every manhunt target, please take a screenshot showing your manhunt progress for us, and record a short video of what happens when you try to access the recording.
