@sishunter_ Hey there, I apologize that you received this sanction as a result of connectivity issues. Unfortunately, support cannot remove abandonment penalties, as they are issued server-side by an automated system. Can you please let me know if the rest of your team is also removed when these disconnects occurred? Do you receive any specific error messages or codes?

@frost_025 Hi there! At this time, we do not have the central EU servers as a manual option. If you don't select your data center manually, you will be automatically connected to the server our system chooses as the best option for you. If you feel that you're being connected inappropriately, this can occur for several reasons, such as the region your account is set to, your physical location, and VPN or proxy server usage.
