However, if you're getting this error code when trying to connect to the Rainbow Six Siege servers on your Xbox, I'd advise first trying the steps in our Xbox Series X|S Connectivity guide.

@roidji Hey there, I'm sorry to hear you received this temporary sanction. While Ubisoft Support is unable to overturn such bans, I'd like some more information. Can you tell us if your entire team was also removed from the match when this happened? Did you get any specific error messages or codes? What server/data center are you playing Rainbow Six Siege on?
