Hey there @con_mic, I'm sorry to hear this! Under your main menu, it should say "Continue", "Load Game", and "New Game". Just to clarify, you are not seeing the "Load Game" option there? Can you please upload a screenshot of what this looks like, so I can look into this further? Thank you!

Unfortunately, our Support is unable to lift these bans or adjust rank, as they are all issued server-side via an automated system. Can you please let me know what platform and datacenter/server you are playing on, as well as if these disconnects affected your entire team?
