I don't have a machine at hand to check the game myself, but it may be that there's no support folder.

Sorry to hear those steps haven't done the trick though.

May we please know what drive you have the game installed too and if it's the same as Ubisoft Connect?

Have you tried checking your in-game graphic settings too, or limiting the game to 60fps (if you don't already)?
