Thank you for reaching out to us with this, sorry to see you're currently unable to progress!

As a starting point, could you please first try verifying the game's files, just to ensure nothing is missing or corrupted.

Should the quest still not appear, could you please provide some screenshots or clips showing your quest log and completed quests so far so we can see if there's anything else that may need to be done to trigger the quest, or pass them onto the team for investigation if necessary.

Thanks for getting back to us @gyrule_ and for sharing the original thread, this just so happens to be the exact thread which was raised up regarding this issue previously.

The team have since been able to look into this further.

At the moment, we don't endorse the rankings on training maps in-game directly, so there may be some disparity between different leaderboards due to the maps being uploaded by another player at another time.

As for the Trackmania Exchange website, this only shows records actively uploaded by players rather than all records on our database, so some missing records are to be expected.

In short, the leaderboards in the Training maps are working as designed and I hope the above helps clears thin...

Is this always at the same point / time frame into River Raids or can it still be quite random?

This is very common for many titles with additional DLC as it's often loaded into the game when you boot it, so the game will take a few seconds to load the DLC in ready for you to use it in-game.

The same issue has been reported on Xbox Series X to the team with a fix planned for release in a future patch.

I've passed your report onto them to also ensure this is looked at and hopefully resolved on PC too!

May we please know the specs of the PC you're using (GPU, CPU, RAM)?

And has this happened with any other titles?

It may be worth running the game as an admin and checking your drive's health too.

You can check your drive's health by going to 'This PC' > Right click on the drive the game is installed to > Select 'Tools' > Click 'Check'.

This will scan for any drive errors and ensure there's no problems there.

I can see you've been able to create a case on the site yourself successfully @s1r_sm0k3al0t , we'll be in touch via that case soon.

Something I have noticed though are your drives, one being a Microsoft Storage Device, just to confirm you do not have the game or Ubisoft Connect installed on your :E drive?

Hello there @kristoffel10 !

Thank you for getting in touch with us, sorry to hear the client appears to have lost track of your game files!

However they should be stored in your Ubisoft Connect Library folder rather than Program Files (x86).

The drive will depending on where you install your games, however for example on my PC the game itself is installed in D:/Ubisoft Connect Library/Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Try selecting that folder when 'locating game files' and let us know if this does the trick!

Thank you for getting in touch and reporting this.

An issue where during combat an arrow or the small axe getting stuck in Eivor's hand has already been raised, so this may be related to that somewhat with another combat item getting stuck.

Could you please provide some screenshots or a clip demonstrating this behaviour and confirm you have a recent save uploaded to the cloud?

We can then pass these onto the team for investigation.
