We request clips or images both to view the issue and confirm there's no other cause as well as visually confirm the issue.

These clips and images are also very beneficial when we pass player's reports onto the game's development team for further investigation. As there's no guarantee they will encounter the same bug, examples and evidence of it help them to re-produce and address the issue.

Could you please provide some example screenshots?

Such as an unlocked achievement and a screenshot showing it's requirement still locked / incomplete in-game?

Hey there @xxctng ,

Thank you for reaching out!

An Orchard is indeed required in the New World to be able to produce Cinnamon.

The Orchard is available in Tourist Season and High Life, so if you have the High Life DLC, you'll be alright, otherwise one of them will be required to continue.

Could you please confirm the following;

  • Do you receive any error messages / codes when the game crashes?
  • Does it crash to Desktop or shut down your PC?
  • Have you attempted all of the troubleshooting steps listed in our guide here?
  • What are your PC specs (GPU, CPU, RAM) ?
  • Are you running ver. 1.3.1 (you can check this in the main menu on launch) ?
  • Do you crash at a certain point in-game (in a certain location / after performing a certain action) ?
