Hey @xrande ,

Sorry for our delay in getting back to you!

Your base game and DLC do need to be owned via the same platform.

If you own The Division 2 via Ubisoft Connect, you'd need to purchase DLC via Ubisoft Connect.

DLC purchased through Epic (or Steam in the case of some other titles) will not be compatible with a Ubisoft Connect base game.

You should be able to view any failed Bounties in the Bounties tab to re-select and re-try them.

Thank you for reaching out to us with this feedback on the current balancing.

These changes are made between seasons to try and keep the game equal for all without some always having an advantage due to ill-balanced Operator abilities or weapons.

As you can see in the latest Designer Notes , statistics such as the Operators with the Highest Ban / Win / Loss rates are what influence who may receive the nerf / buff that season.

I've just given this a try with a could of the current Fall Campaign tracks and I haven't been able to reproduce the issue.

Could you please try verifying the files to ensure nothing there is causing issues and if it still persists, capture a clip and share it here so we can take a look?

Hey @Gyrule_ , as noted previously the times in the Training Maps are not endorsed by us.

As the maps may be uploaded by another player at another time, there may be some disparity between the leaderboards.

This is effectively meaning, the version you played one day, may not be the same version played later on as another player may have uploaded the same map and as such the leaderboards will differ, giving the impression times are deleted from the same map rather than the map upload changing.

Please let us know if there's anything being missed here.

I'm afraid Anno 1800 doesn't come with a crash logging file facility though, but hopefully it doesn't happen again in the future!
