Can you please ensure the following steps have been tried;
- Use newest version of BattlEye -> Reinstalling the game will reinstall the latest version of BattlEye

Welcome to the Forums

It's not unheard of for there to be some delays in MMR totals being updated, typically a restart of the game will show the updated figure as this is usually a temporary visual issue.

Please be aware Ubisoft Support cannot adjust any player's MMR or Rank.

You should already be able to launch the game via Steam or Ubisoft Connect - if you're unable to however, uninstalling from Steam and reinstalling via Ubisoft Connect will be the best port of call.

As moving the files does run the risk of the game then not launching if some files then can't be located of recognized in their new location.
