Can you please tell us more as to when this starts happening? Such as;
- Does it happen more in a certain game mode?
- Is there ever a trigger (eg. after drone phase, after a certain event)?
- What audio output devices have you tried so far (speakers, headsets)?

As long as you've received Twitch notifications for your drops, they will be distributed to you in-game in the following days after the event has concluded (16.02.2021)

If following this date, you still don't have any charms in-game, please let us know!

I believe a new designated leaderboard while it's TOTD is intended and current times aren't set to carry over, however, we can certainly pass this on as feedback to the team as a feature that you'd like to see implemented in future!

There are several factors that are taken into consideration when matching players - members in that team a fair lower skill rating that those higher, will result in the system trying to average this out when matchmaking the opposing team, including you and your friend.
