oridinary.. is correct, at the moment Rainbow Six: Siege doesn't support cross progression, so should you move to another platform, you will start from afresh

We do ask players to allow up to 48hrs from the point of subscription for charms to be delivered in-game as there can be occasional delays.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, are you still having this issue?

The game does additional installing to complete following the initial download, during this time, you will only be able to access Situations.

The game does need to be open to complete this and you'll be able to track the progress by how many Situations are available.

Once they're all unlocked, you should then gain access to the Training Grounds and Online Multiplayer

I'm afraid that as per your suggestion; As content has not been purchased via Ubisoft Connect, we cannot enable it - likewise, for those with the Base Game via Origin, the DLC will also need to be enabled via Origin to be compatible.
