For us to effectively investigate, can you please confirm the following details regarding your reports;
- For the Missing Operators; is this happening mid-match or during selection? And have you noticed this to be affecting any specific Operators at all?
- For the Missing Footsteps; Does this happen suddenly mid-match / play session or is it constantly missing? Have you tried different audio output options (headset, speakers)?
- Can you also please provide any evidence of this happening in your game?

Placements are just to determine your initial rank.

Once you have completed these matches you will be assigned your MMR / Rank where visual fluctuations will follow each match.

I have checked your account and can see MMR tracking as it should.
