Has there been any troubleshooting steps you've attempted so far such as verifying your files in Steam?

Likewise to you Slyrr7, can you please give the steps in our guide a try as you appear to be experiencing more generic crashing issues.

Hey there guys,

This is currently being investigated by the game's team

At the moment, this appears to be exclusive to the Vulkan version.

Can you please try the DirectX version and see if the issue persists?

Sorry to hear you're still having issues!

To correct this situation, I would like to suggest that you follow the steps below.

Firstly, please make sure you're launching Steam / Epic and Uplay with admin privileges, by following these steps : https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/faqs/000025662


Then, please, navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher "cache" folder, by default located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache

Open the cache folder and move the "ownership" folder to a safe location.

Once you have backed up that folder, delete the "cache" folder.

Hey there guys,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

Could you please confirm the following details;
- Are MnK controls perfectly functionable until you enter a match?
- Do you have any additional USB peripherals connected?

For anyone who hasn't already; can you please try verifying your game files to ensure nothing is corrupted?

Please also try deleting your gamesettings.ini file, this should be located in My Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege \ [Your Uplay ID] before re-launching the game

Let us know if either of these have any success!

If not - can you please provide screenshots showing the game as locking to controller?
