This error is caused when the account you originally used to activate the game, is different to the one you're trying to sign in with now.

We do have steps to resolve this, however these would all require you to have Uplay PC, Epic Games and the game itself installed on your PC.

If you don't have access to any of these, you may need to contact GeForce Now for assistance with this.
