Hey @Valkor2010,

As it stands, we just don't have the facilities available to reset a player's achievements.

It may also be possible that rolling back achievements can lead to issues in them being unlocked in future - hence why the facility isn't available.

This issue is believed to have been resolved though.

Since your achievements are still unlocked, could you give the following workaround a try;

1. Disable Cloud save sync in Ubisoft Connect > Settings
2. Rename accountdata.a7s in ..\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts\\
3. Ren...

For the First Person Camera, we don't have any updates.

As for the multiplayer issues, these have already been raised as starting with GU15 and have been acknowledged by the team.

There's no further information available as of yet, but rest assured it's being investigated.

An announcement was made in September in regards to Crossplay Phase 2 which can be viewed here.

As noted - Phase 2 is planned to launch on October 20th, so only a couple days to go.

We appreciate multiple of you are reporting issues, however as you've noted, this could be linked to a multitude of causes - such as your ISP, the servers , etc.

At this stage, there is no sure way for us to tell and there's little for the team to go off.

As such, we kindly ask that you and your teammates complete the steps we've provided to you, including port forwarding (particularly to ensure it's not a matter of your ISP blocking the required ports).
