I see that we'd previously been investigating this, and our team has given us the recommendation that players use different ships for different goods, as this avoids the problem. However, just to reiterate, our investigation into this is ongoing. We won't need a save file again for the time being, but I'll let you know if that changes 🙂...

Hey there @SilverRATPL , thanks for reaching out about this. I understand that you've found issues in Anno 1800 after disabling your integrated graphics card, and I'll be happy to give you some pointers on this.

To clarify our earlier advice, laptops which have dedicated graphics cards also still have integrated graphics on the motherboard, and sometimes games struggle to choose one. Therefore, in those situations, we recommend following these steps to force games to use your dedicated graphics card.
