I'm not sure I recall seeing anything about this video, but I'd like to see what I can find out for you. Where in the game was this link, and what more precisely did it say? So, for example, where in the game's menus was it? Can you remember the wording used to describe the video, or if it had a title? Was there a screenshot or artwork alongside the link? With this information, I'll be able to reach out to another team to see what I can find out 🙂

Howdy @Monkeydunkyy 🙂 Player feedback absolutely goes into our design processes, but that's very different to directly working with specific players, which we can do, but we'd do it by hiring them. To be clear, though, I'm not a developer, so it's not my area of expertise to know the ins and outs of it.

Thanks very much for all these reports of issues with Reda's wares since the update. I understand he's not selling anything, or at least selling things sporadically.
