Extraction does not include an option to reset your save file. My apologies for the confusion. All the data is stored on the server, meaning you'll be able to access your save file from any platform, but this does also mean it cannot be deleted.

Hey @randelia , thanks for letting me know about this. I understand you've not found all the enemies in Ireland to be correctly scaled according to your chosen level scaling settings, despite that the ones in Francia and England all seem correct. That's most unusual!

I can see our teams have been tracking a few issues with level scaling, but as far as I can see, nobody has reported issues with Ireland specifically. Yes, specifically for Valhalla, I can confirm that you'll be alright to have the base game on Epic and the DLC via Ubisoft Connect. As you may know, Valhalla isn't on Steam anyway. These rules vary between games, though, which is why we always recommend purchasing DLC and base games on the same launcher.

We appreciate the feedback about saving, and we've passed it on, and our team has clarified that saves are not implemented to keep the content challenging.
