Hey there @carcaril_1 , thanks so much for reaching out about these achievements, and for being so thorough with your reporting of the issue and subsequent troubleshooting. It's great to hear you've already found a solution. Indeed, one of the steps on our connectivity guide is to switch to a wired connection where possible, as this makes routing much simpler, with less likelihood of bits of data getting stuck on the way between the router and your console.

Hey there @movinghearts274 , thanks for getting this video across to us. Indeed, I can see how the tall boulder you'd normally slide onto the crate is instead somehow stuck inside the crate, and isn't weighing it down.

Can you tell me what happens if you reload an earlier save and try this again? If no earlier save is available, can you at least fast travel away from the area, and then back to it, and return to this room? We won't need a video of this - we'd just need to know if the boulder is still stuck in the crate. The reason we'd like you to try this ...

I gather you're trying the workaround suggested by other players, and I appreciate you letting us know. This isn't something that should be happening in the first place, though, so I'd like to investigate. Can you give me a bit more information about what happened when you tried to start up Valhalla? Was there a splash screen or any error message? Or did nothing at all happen?

We've not seemed to get any further reports of issues with A Feline's Footfall, so I'll go ahead and close this thread. Hey again, @funkghu - thanks for clarifying that it only seems to happen in England. I'll pass that on.

Our teams have asked if this issue continues to occur after further restarts. So, you mentioned your photos are gone after restarting the game - but do additional restarts seem to make a difference?

Can you also see what happens if you just quit out of your save file, and reload into the save, without restarting the game?

Our teams have not been able to reproduce this on our end, so the above information will be really helpful for investigating this fur...

As far as I can see, this isn't a known issue, so I'd like to recommend trying the steps from the troubleshooting guide - in particular, make sure you've fully updated the console and given it a power cycle.
