  • How old are your consoles?


  • Do you have any possibility to use an extended storage hard disk and try to move the game and saves there and try to access the game again?

  • What happens exactly when you try to redeem the free item (for example: infinite loading icon, redeem button greyed out, any type of error)?
  • Could you provide a video with the issue occurring, so our team can have a better understanding of it?
  • What type of connection do you use? Wired or wireless?

I am sorry to read that you cannot hear the dialogues in the game!

Is this only happening in cutscenes? Is this affecting only Eivor, or also other characters? Could you please provide a video showing the issue?
