@Cole_2018 Thanks for sharing this video with us! Could you also tell us what you did last before you noticed the duplicates in your inventory? For example, did you see 3 Hel's Scythes immediately showing in your inventory, or did they individually show up after completing an objective or another action in-game?

Hello @oscarmidds, I'm afraid these penalties are issued server-side by an automated system and cannot be overturned. I'm very sorry for the trouble during this game session. Were you in the middle of matchmaking or canceled out of matchmaking before receiving this notification? Also, did you receive any error messages before receiving the penalty?
