With a broken leg, whenever you sprint or jump you take damage... So yes, Jumping over and over and over and over again while trying to nerd pole could easily have killed you.

Edit: To answer the stated question, No, There's no system to kill you for nerdpoling. You just died to damage from your leg.. Possibly from a vulture smacking you too, as you got close enough to the top to spawn them maybe.

Currently in A20 you can't find any functioning workbenches. They're all destroyed; So you have to either craft them yourself or buy them from a trader.

There's an entire forum full of input from the devs;
https://community.7daystodie.com/

Like every single AAA game to release in the last 5 years has been a FAR buggier mess than 7DTD has ever been; Though I'll grant AAA studios patch it up quick under the fiery rage of their users. I'm also of the personal opinion that 7DTD is a fairly unbuggy game, as far as things go. Plenty of games out there that I'd point to as a buggy mess before I'd point to 7DTD.

The game gets a major version update roughly once a year for the last 6 years; And a number of minor updates inbetween:
Alpha 20.6: Released on August 16, 2022

Alpha 20.5: Released on May 16, 2022

Alpha 20.4: Released on April 25, 2022

Alpha 20.3: Released on February 22, 2022

Alpha 20.2: Released on February 7, 2022

Alpha 20.1:... Read more

Issue is most likely your settings, and expecting too much.

Awhile back, for sake of simplification and allowing 'less' meat to be used in recipes, what used to be 1 meat became 5.

Functionally, It's the same amount of meat. What would have given you 5 meat then now gives you 25.

But crafting prices for things that used to consume 1 meat now consume 5 as well. Except for a few recipes that can now consume anywhere from 1-4 meat and use 'less than 1'.

This also allowed them to properly implement the butcher skill, whatever its name is; A 20% increase of 1, rounded down, is still 1. A 20% increase of 5 is 6.

Literally almost any tactic is viable. You can stand out in an open field and not even use a base if you really wanted to.

There's just a few Meta tactics that many people follow because it's an easy thoughtless solution and creativity and experimentation is lost on them.

Most people think the AI is way too smart; So they use cheese and meta designs to counter it, since all the work of figuring out how to guide the AI around is already done for them.

Vehicles exploding was added in 2018. As I was trying to point out, you might get to see it explode now, because you can actually get enough vehicle damage in typical game play to get it to the point where it can explode.

I don't know any of us that have played DF.

Not that I know of.

Just to spell it out a different way for others that may read this… the old cash is just another item. The Duke’s casino tokens are the only thing considered to be an actual currency. So one isn’t really trading old cash for Dukes - they’re, confusingly, selling the old cash for ‘money.’ :spazdunno:

Big Tip: Avoid the zombies till you have a method of curing; And when you get infected, let it linger awhile just in case you would get reinfected right away.

IE, If you have honey, it heals 5%, so don't cure until 4%~; This way any hits that would immediately reinfect you instead will get added to the existing % of infection letting you potentially stretch your reserves much further.

If you're just chilling at base though may as well just cure it.

A further tip, Get some kind of armor ASAP- More armor is more critical resistance which means less infections. Also, Just dont get hit in the first place- The first hit after a lengthy period of not being hit is always free- That first hit after a period of no damage taken has a 0% chance of any critical effects. So, Avoid getting hit as much as possible.

Not terribly surprised. With a dedicated server and the game separate, the two processes are likely going to be assigned to different CPU cores so it breaks up the load into two smaller chunks.

Hosting straight up from the client though puts all the eggs in one basket as it were.

No shooting.
The 4x4 has more than one. Driver and passenger and with seat mod, you get 2 more in the back.

No plans for touching that.
