I think of it more as the nutritional value of the food, and not how much my stomach and hold. I haven’t done the math, but if I were eating raw potatoes for instance I might have to eat 100 to get adequate nutrients from them.

Perhaps the game could distinguish nutrition from fullness, by refusing to let you eat with the feedback message “Your stomach is full,” similar to when you try to use a bandage when not bleeding. But it’s probably unnecessary - players are expected to recognize that basic, low quality food can do the job but is inefficient.

I should hope vehicles can drive off road and I have no plans to change it.

Sounds like you're maybe overloading your Vram and causing the game to have issues loading/unloading the long distance textures. 7DTD will tac nuke your vram from orbit if you aren't careful with the settings- The Texture Quality setting alone can take 8gb if you have it at maximum, let alone adding in anything else.

Are you in Navezgane, or a random generated map?

Navezgane traders are still where they were. but random gen maps are always different, and the Pregen maps were re-generated for A19 i believe.

It depends. If the two of you are far away from one another, then each of you are affected only by your own game stage. You will get zombies staged to you, they will get zombies staged to them.

If the two of you are together in a party in a small area, then the game will list your gamestages from highest to lowest then multiply down the line by a diminishing value, then add the multiplied values together.

So, you have 532, your friend has 250..
532 x 1.7 = 904.4
250 x 0.85 = 212.5
Then we add together,
904.4+212.5 = 1116.9, rounded to 1117.

So if the two of you are partied and together, you'll get zombies staged for 1117 gamestage- This might seem unfair, but, honestly, two players working together against zombies is a HUGE benefit that this gamestage multiplication doesn't fully account for.

Anyway, Here is the excerpt explaining it from the gamestage.xml

I'd second that. There's a stronger modding community over there.

It's a known bug, but not in the way you're thinking. Currently lighting and throwing an explosive also lights the next explosive in line....aka, the one in your hand after you throw the first one.

So no matter how far you throw the first, since you're still holding the second...well..

1 Tons of code changes.

2 This is all c# code. Not much to do with Unity.

3 Way too early to tell.

Literally the opening quests make mention of the White River settlement, which, yknow, is a place of alive people that are in fact not zombies.

I'll grant that white river is not yet actually implemented into the game- But there IS mention that you are in fact not the only other living person in the world. (Also the traders, Also the people who bury the supplies you dig up for the trader, and the people who leave courier satchels for the fetch quests; Also the people that issue those note quests, Also the Duke of Navezgane mentioned in the piece of paper you start the game with, Also the people who buried the secret treasure you find via maps, crazy jake and his clan, and more, and more. . .)

Asked and answered so many times now it's not funny. Yes, once the game is closer to release, and the modding system has been finalized.

Originally posted by Black Metal Chris: ALSO ANY WAY TO FIX THE LAG AND OPTIMIZATION ISSUES? thnx
This is relative to your PC. Game runs just fine on a grand majority of systems that meet the recommended requirements, and don't have a lot of bloat.
Most optimization is done in Beta, and we aren't there yet.

No, since our current list is subject to change. Top goal is water that does not suck.

We are aiming for performant water that does not have holes in it. Beyond that, it will depend on how slow the simulations run and how much time we have.

Boats could be done at any time if we wanted to, with old or new water.
Water is still block based, but it is not a block. Meaning it is the size of a block and shares the space of a block, but any block could have water in it.

There may still be water block(s) for placement or other reasons, but when placed it would become water data.

Super corn is still in the game. IT just not useful as food now, which many people freaked out about, even though it's now farmable glue instead.

IMHO it should not. Traders should not be hostile either. It's a little annoying to have to use a mod I wrote to make them non-hostile so server admins can use them in "hostile-free" zones that they set up using their server tools.

Marking the air drop as an entity is fine, but it really needs to be tweaked to be treated like the inanimate object it is, not like a player/zombie/NPC. That makes no sense, it should be treated more like a storage box or something to that effect. Other unique loot piles that disappear after being emptied aren't shredded by your turrets, and the sup...
