If you want to know where you stand on the loot table, that is in your stats.

What are you referring too?

It looks like that is basically what it is. A picture of a list of POI's that exist in each of the top tiers.
It's only really helpful if you're using the web map to search for specific POI's.

A21.1 b15 EXP

As we approach the stable release of A21.1, we are pleased to present a small hotfix patch for you. This patch primarily addresses a harmless, yet noticeable error popup affecting server browser searches. This was occurring with servers erroneously setup with the port set to 0. Servers setup in that matter will no longer start.

Changes since b12:

Fixes :

• Twitch Cooldown is disabled when shared quest is removed while on an active quest.
  
• Server Browser error on search
  
• Server can no longer be started with an invalid port
  
• Resolved problem where certain extension actions were not functioning as intended.
  
• Restarting game with EAC enabled results in an EAC launcher error

Honestly depends who you ask. There are some who will tell you that literally nothing has changed in the last 10 years; And there are also some who will tell you that every single major patch has changed EVERYTHING in the game so dramatically that every new patch is basically a whole new game.

You'd honestly be best off just hopping in to play and see how it goes.

Oh, and just for reference, because I seem to have to remind people that it's possible to get decent FPS on a potato rig if you actually do the necessary optimization....

Optimization is primarily done in Beta. We go over this in every thread just like yours that someone starts about once a month.

It doesn't matter that it's been ten years. The game isn't finished, and is still going through Alpha development. It's nearing the end, sure, but it isn't done yet.

Unsure. All the information we've been given so far is right there. Based on the comment, I would assume it's going to be similar to the current model, but with a different mod set to make it more versatile for different functions.

It's most likely a false positive. Pretty common with software in development.

It seems to vary on setup. On some systems it is loud, on others it's pretty normal. I've messed around with about six systems now and each one is a bit different, even when having the volumes all normalized to a similar level.

I seem to recall that there was an argument that could disable it, but I don't recall offhand what it was. Probably like -notintro or something similar. At work, so I cannot test currently.

You have 'Cheats' enabled for one character and not the other. Cheats being enabled just auto-activates creative mode so you don't have to put in a console command; And F to fly only works when in creative mode or debug mode... Because it's not a normal survival feature.

The process of building an item over and over to raise your crafting quality went out the door in A16. From A17-A20 it was that buying a given skill would rank your quality up too. Now in A21, it's the books/magazines. You can see your progress in the skill menu, right most icon looks like a hammer.
