@Largo_Winch1 Thank you for supplying this information. After looking at your account, I can confirm that you have the Altair outfit on your account for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. I would try verifying your game files to see if you are still missing the rewards in-game after doing this. As for the rewards claimed in Immortals Fenyx Rising, could you send us a screenshot of the rewards claimed?

@tr0gmar There are a few things you can try to help with your CPU usage.

Is v-sync (and g-sync if supported) on or off?
Are there any second applications open during the game (streaming, recording, chat, etc.)
Is it possible to extract a pattern of gameplay when the issue happens? (If you are seeing any spikes during combat, safe zones, Dead Zones, or if it has been randomly occurring)
Is it before or after any specific events?

Just to clarify, when you're using the USB Mic and Optical connected Speakers, you cannot hear the person you're playing with? But if you use a headset, you can?

@rastchepkin Hey there, I'm sorry that your preferred control scheme is not saving correctly.

Could you please ensure the game has admin rights and try again? It could be an issue the game is having writing this data to your disk.

- Right-click the desktop icon of the application (or the executable file in the installation directory) and select Properties.
- Select the Compatibility tab.
- Click Change settings for all users.
- Under Privilege Level, check Run this program as administrator.
- Click Apply.
