Thanks for your insights on this one, @Humility925 ! We really appreciate it. In this case, there could be many reasons for this unusual error, so while we'd always suggest being vigilant against viruses by keeping antivirus software running and updated, and running a periodic scan of your whole computer with it, I don't think that's any more likely to be what's happening here. Verifying the files in Ubisoft Connect is what we'd recommend for checking if files are corrupted or altered. That said, thanks once again for your thoughts!

Sorry to hear that you are unable to purchase DLCs. This issue usually occurs while your PSN account is set up for a different region that you're currently located. Can you please confirm your location, your PSN settings, and if you're using VPN by any chance?
