In what settlement does this happen for you and which exact location (near any particular buildings?), so that I may open an investigation into this?

Do you also have your affected game save with the horse corpse, currently uploaded to the cloud for our QA team to access??

Ah thank you for clarifying.

So when it comes to third party apps that are not developed by Ubisoft ourselves, we can not troubleshoot or advise if there is an issue with said app, in this case, the tracking of quests in the app.

We do have our own Ubisoft Connect app you can download, but at the moment specific quests are not logged specifically, instead certain other game progress is such as collectibles, achievements that require story arc completion and overall side quest completion are tracked instead-

Hello @f4ithking thank you for your follow up question. I am afraid we are only able to confirm when a patch has resolved a particular issue, when the patch notes become available on our Valhalla news blog, this would be the same for all our titles.

We are unable to tell players exactly which update version will fix that particular issue, as this is internal knowledge, that we are unable to share in most cases, thank you for understanding.

Hello again @bielik01, at the moment this issue has been brought up to us by other players and can seem to affect any quest in the log. It is currently still under investigation by our QA team.

However as far as I can see, examples of this were given from the games overlay itself. Does the game overlay show you the same quests as uncompleted?

What app are you currently using to track this in the image above?

Hello @bloodyvampie, thank you for bringing this long standing issue to our attention and my apologies we did not pick up on this sooner.

When you say you can make the original horse corpse disappear, using your workaround of slaying another on top of it, after sleep does this make both horse corpses disappear in game for you, as you would expect?

Can I also ask if you can upload your affected save file to the cloud, so that we may investigate this on your playthrough?

I have not heard of this specific glitch before on PS4, what are you doing on the map screen when this happens, do you simply open the map and the map begins to shake?

How often does this happen for you in all 3 games, when opening the map?

Finally, are you able to upload a video clip of this a video hosting website such as Imgur or Youtube then send us a link to view it please?
