Hello @laurbalaur_88, this issue has been reported to us recently with the horse mounts, can you please check if you have the Heidrun Slam skill equipped, if so unequip that skill, then try sprinting on horseback again?

Also, could you confirm whether this occurs during gameplay or only during cutscenes or loading screens.?

Regarding your display issues, I understand you are advising there are similar topics for this query but if possible could you provide an image showing the issue as it appears in these games along with an image showing your graphical settings both in game and on your device?

Regrettably after trying the Xbox troubleshooting we have no further workarounds we can give for this crashing and audio issue, other than to check if you are using an external or internal hard drive and to contact Xbox Support for further troubleshooting steps.

To help us investigate this -

  1. Has your save file been uploaded to the cloud, so we can download and test this ourself?
