Sorry to hear you're having some difficulties with your quest.
Could you please clarify what the exact issue is you're having?
Is the prompt to load the schnapps onto the ship appearing at all for you, or are you unable to continue from another point?
We've had similar issues with this quest on PC, where a suggested workaround was to start a new save game, and make sure you turn off reveal map and/or enable fog of war.
Let me know if that works for you at all, if not, please provide us with an image or screenshot of the issue in game, so we can take a closer look.
