I apologize for the delay in our reply.

Thank you for submitting the ticket with the files you attached, I appreciate that.

We ask for videos of the problem, so we can see this bug within a moving/live setting, so that is it then easier to reproduce for the development team in their investigation.

I can understand it might seem like an unnecessary effort when screenshots have already been provided, but rest assured we only ask for the files which we need and which would best help identify and address the issue.

We try our best to relay any information we gather on the forums to other agents, although some may still ask for extra information.

The language supported for the version of the game you purchased will depend on the region of the store from where you purchased this.

If your game supports this, you should be able to change the language within your game settings.
I've had a quick look at your account and can see that the version you purchased should have this option available to you.

To check this for you, could you please provide a screenshot of the language options for your game which you can see?

The Deluxe edition for Anno 1800 - Console Edition includes 3 ornament packs (Amusement Pack, Pedestrian Zone Pack, Vibrant Cities Pack)
