Thank you for submitting the ticket with the files you attached, I appreciate that.
We ask for videos of the problem, so we can see this bug within a moving/live setting, so that is it then easier to reproduce for the development team in their investigation.
I can understand it might seem like an unnecessary effort when screenshots have already been provided, but rest assured we only ask for the files which we need and which would best help identify and address the issue.
We try our best to relay any information we gather on the forums to other agents, although some may still ask for extra information.
