I'm afraid I haven't heard if there are any plans to make the older music tracks available again. If they do come back at some point we'll most likely have an announcement with more info. I'd recommend keeping an eye out on the Apex Legends Twitter page for news and updates on this kind of thing.

If you encounter someone who might be cheating the best thing to do is report them directly so the Terms of Service team can take a look. They'll review the account and determine the appropriate actions.

I'm afraid we don't really have much visibility into things like that here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team is responsible for reviewing account bans, so they'll need to investigate your account and decide if the ban can be lifted. 

 

They'll follow up with you via email as soon as they've completed the investigation, so keep an eye out for a reply. It may take a bit depending on how many cases they're working through at the moment, but they'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I'm afraid that account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. Since you've already reached out to the Terms of Service team that's all you need to do for now. They will review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned. 

 

Unfortunately we don't have a way to see how long a TOS investigation might take. That can vary depending on how many cases they are currently working through. Hopefully they'll be able to get back to you soon. Keep an eye out on your email for a response.

Unfortunately if you didn't claim the badge during the week of February 4th to the 11th it won't be possible to claim it. The anniversary rewards were only available for that week.

Thanks for the confirmation. 

Personally I'd be for a bit more fanfare on ranked rewards too, last season I forgot about them until a few weeks in.

@TrancyGoose Hey, it looks like you should have your rank and rewards without issue. And hey, there's nothing wrong with Platinum!

I can see the Platinum charm on your account, can you check for that again? I can't see much in the way of badges in general, can you check for the appropriate one on on a character banner page?
