Unfortunately not, we don't have any mechanism for granting coins in this way, even when the amount is trivial like in this case. Sorry, we can't help with this.

I'm afraid that account bans aren't something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to investigate your account and determine if the ban could be overturned.

I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer your progress between accounts. If you start playing on a different Xbox account (or on a different platform) you would be starting over from the beginning.

@TwitchLegitlolly Hi, it looks like you got the Bloodhound heirloom back in December last year, either from hitting 500 packs, or from luck.

This will have reset the guarantee, and you'd need to open 500 Apex Packs to hit the the guarantee. 

I see you also got the Pathfinder Heirloom around this time, but as you got it from the Holo-day Bash event packs, this wouldn't have affected the guarantee.

We don't have any information on this. In the past, item transfers between accounts/platforms has not been allowed. If this changes, you should see an update on our official channels.

We're not aware of anything changing with account transfers. Are you saying you want to move your gamertag, PSN ID or EA ID to a different EA account?

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know what happens. If that doesn't help, please tell me if you're on a wired or wireless connection. Thanks!
