Hey all, sorry to hear that you are having issues.

 

Can you all check your in-game settings to see if there is an option there to change the language to your preferred one?

 

If not, can you change your systems default language to reflect the language you want in-game and then launch the game to see if it updates to your prefered language?

Considering all the steps you have done @replurki I would assume that this issue is related to something on your network or router stopping you connecting. 

Can you try setting your phone as a hotspot and see if you can connect through it?

@MATTEMATE Hey, unforutunately there isn't an option in the game on PC. 


On PC, click the cog icon for the game and choose Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options to swap your language.

What type of controller are you using in your left hand, this is very interesting. It's a more unconventional way of playing compared to the majority of players. @VeryTrueMondSly  Hi! I can see a bunch of packs opened in a short period recently, and it looks like the items on your account match up with with the number of boxes you would have earned by now. 

I don't know your situation, but perhaps a friend or family member opened the boxes when you weren't looking?

I'll chase on my end to see if there's any way the packs could have been automatically opened, but it sounds unlikely. 

In any case, if you check your inventory you should have some new items, as well as some crafting materials.

Try setting the DNS manually on your console to the Google one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) It's been working for people having constantly having disconnections/server timeout errors.

 

Have you tried switching to a static or dynamic IP?

We've seen this pop up before and it can result in brief server or network issues. A power cycle with your network and the console via this steps below should fix it.

 

Reboot the power to the modem/router

  1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

Power Cycle the console

  1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
  2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
