Sorry to hear you had accidentally unlocked another legend with the wrong currency.

I'm afraid once that's selected and confirmed however, we aren't able to remove that to refund or exchange the coins for tokens unfortunately.

I'm afraid heirlooms and other in-game purchases aren't able to be refunded or exchanged once the purchase is made, sorry.

We can't help over Answers HQ. Only ToS can investigate an account and possibly overturn the ban. You can submit up to 3 disputes. So, if you haven't used up all 3, you're welcome to submit another dispute. ToS will perform another investigation and let you know what the outcome is.
