Glad you were able to get it fixed by reinstalling the Origin client. Good luck in Kings Canyon!

For anyone else that is experiencing this we recommend deleting the Origin client completely from your PC and then re-download the latest version here: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/download

I'm going to marking this as a solution for visibility reasons. It's not a "fix" but a way for others to get into the game with their friends while our teams continue to investigate the reported crashes.

That's really exciting to hear you finally came across a workaround fix so you can play the game (so far) without any crashes. I'm going to keep a close eye on this post and if there is anyone else out there that can confirm this works, please reply so we can mark this as a solution for visibility purposes.

If you don't get a login prompt, you already have an account connected.

 

You can log into into https://help.ea.com/en/ via the Xbox/PS4 login options. Once you're logged in here you can go to Accounts > Order Management, and it'll try to transfer you to the main ea.com site, and on this page you should see the email address for the linked EA account. 


You can log into Origin.com then go to your profile (in the bottom left) then Edit on EA.com (in the top right)On this page you can scroll down and see your linked accounts.

We have seen reports of LED/RGB management/configuration software causing an issue. Currently, disabling that software is advised if it is causing this issue with Apex.
