How often do you see it occur? I tested it there and was able to get into a full team 8 times in a row.

Sorry to hear that your friend is having issues @CripTiiC_STaTiCz but the best thing for them to do would be to post and let us know what troubleshooting steps they have taken as well as any error message they may see. We would need a DxDiag of their system to see if we could see anything that could cause issues.

Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console. Let us know if you're still getting that penalty. It should be disabled for everyone.
