We recently identified an issue in \@PlayApex that was causing a discrepancy between RP earned and promotions in Ranked matches. We’re currently in the process of rolling out a fix to correct the issue and restore accounts to their intended Ranks. As a result, some players may see their Rank increase after today. Thanks for being patient while we get this sorted out!

23.1 Patch Notes listed the argument incorrectly with two dashes, but it should be:
-anticheat_settings=SettingsDX11.json
It's gonna track properly as soon as you earn your first points
This is the answer. Visual error, but it will update to show correct progress after you earn those first points.
It's said in the patch notes that to revert to DX11, I should add this launch option:
--anticheat_settings=SettingsDX11.jsonI'm getting the same error (but for DX11):
"SettingsDX11.json not found"I know it exists, I've checked in C:\Program Files\EA Games\Apex\EasyAntiCheat and it's there.
EDIT: The problem is fixed. There should only be one dash in the command prefix:

Correct, should be one dash. Team flagged that this morning and a blog update is going out.
TLDR: yes. No set time frame I can share atm, but players who didn't receive the correct amount during that error window will get sorted.
