When not withheld, the calculations for Skill bonus is purely based on your own MMR, MMR of the rest of the lobby.
You see your skill bonus is 100+ LP at Masters level LP? That looks like you beat a bunch of players whose MMR is higher than yours, AND the game was against your favor. Congratulations, you should bel proud of that win.
250 LP tier promotion bonus is missing...

Sorry to say @Gayliciously but if our TOS team has declined your appeals then there is nothing that anyone can do to change this.
After a certain number of denied appeals our TOS team will not consider any more.

I love how that Exgeniar guy who was posting "The ranked playtests were FIRE EMOJI guys!!!" has completely disappeared at this point.
This is legit indefensible, this could be the worst ranked system in a competitive game that has ever been implemented.

I don't believe that would be the proper avenue to resolve that issue, as you run the risk of corrupting your saved persistence.
I would reach out to EA Help and see if they can resolve your issue.
Would also put relink the account to what is was originally to mitigate this issue in the meantime.

This is the result of that in many cases.
If they are continually telling you no, it should mean that can't verify the validity of your claim. In that case, they are not going to change their answer. We cannot help with missing content through Answers HQ.
