Sorry to hear you feel this way. I can assure you that our dev team is constantly working to improve the matchmaking experience and fix connectivity issues, however due to their nature and many points on which something can go wrong (our servers, ISP, or the player's machine), it is very difficult to provide an immediate fix for those, although I understand it is frustrating to just suddenly see them popping up after everything seemed to be working fine before.

Regarding crossplay in For Honor, so far we have introduced crossplay matchmaking to the game, but not cross-platform lobbies just yet.

Are you sure you don't own the game on 2 accounts where you may have unlocked them previously? We can help look into this to see if this is a possiblity or look into your account and invesitgate this further, however, we'll need to speak to you on a private channel, so please reach out on one of the options below. If you can find the name of the missing pattern by checking online, that would be beneficial so we can find it on your account and see if it was ever, or is, showing as owned to us.

This error usually means you launched and linked the game originally whilst logged in to a different Ubisoft account, so please check the username in top of Ubisoft Connect and see if you remember having another one. Then try logging in with any other email addresses you own.

If you can't remember having another account or the details for it, we can help you resolve it, but not on a public forum, so please reach out through one of the options below so we can help you locate the correct account to login to.

I'm sorry to hear that you keep getting disconnected. If you are unable to rejoin the game, try closing the game completely when it disconnects and relaunch it and then see if you are able to reconnect.

I would also suggest going through the connectivity troubleshooting on our support site for the platform that you play on.

Thanks for reaching out about cross-progression!

After checking this for you, I can confirm that cross-progression is only available between the same family of consoles at the moment. It means that it is not possible to transfer your progress between PC and console at this time, I'm afraid.
