It is odd that it's only happening with some screenshots only.

Would you be able to make a video showing how it happens ? Can you see the head being removed when you do the screenshot, or is it only when you look at the result ?

Can you confirm you've done all the steps that were advised above by @UbiSushiVamp ? Do you know your NAT type ? Are ou and your friend both on the same platform as well ?

Hi @noobshiliang I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue when trying to take a screenshot with GeForce experience. Can you confirm if you experience the same issue when pressing the F12 key to capture an image through Ubisoft Connect?

Does this also only occur with a certain character or any that is wearing the illustrious effect mask that you mentioned?

Hi @pointlesssharck I'm sorry to hear that For Honor keeps crashing whilst you are playing.

You mentioned that you have already gone through the PC troubleshooting on the Ubisoft Support website.

To investigate the issue further we would require you to submit your system files which you have already done. Customer Support will do their best to reply within 48 hours, however if there is a high volume of contacts it may take a little longer for which I apologise. They will respond to your case as soon as it is possible.

Is this still the case?

If so, could you please try verifying the game's files?

And if there's still no change, please could you provide any screenshot examples of the impacted outfits showing as locked / unavailable now?

Hey @vdp-gg,

As they're two different platforms, you aren't able to directly 'register' your Ubisoft copy into Steam.

You can however add it to your library as a Non-Steam Game.

This can be done by clicking the '+' icon to the bottom left of the client and selecting 'Add Non-Steam Game'. You then need to select the .exe file location for For Honor and you will then be able to launch it from your Steam library.
