Hey @rizz768 I believe we usually add game statistic information to all our newer titles on Ubisoft Connect, so it may be just a matter of time until this integration is introduced.

Hello @llrade, we do have a way of fixing this issue for some players, when they have contacted us with the correct details and we have been able to check their accounts thoroughly. These issues are usually passed onto our Extraction game team to look into after escalating your case.

Hello claud1u111, thank you for your post. Running the game as an administrator and enabling full permission rights of the games .exe file and launcher can resolve a lot of issues including game crashes.

Following this step, should not make your game crash at startup, or there may be something else causing this issue.

If you are having problems with crashes at start-up, please let us know in a new thread and we will do our best to advise.

For now, we will close this thread, as the OP is being advised over a private support case now.

Thank you for trying those! This is quite an odd issue. Could I get a video showing what happens when you try to launch the game from Ubisoft Connect and what happens when you try to launch from the .exe file? Also, which drive is Ubisoft Connect and the game located on?

Thanks for sharing this information about that particular driver no longer having updates @imagine_brata

I am afraid if a player does not meet the minimum system requirements, the game may not run at all, or have severe performance issues on your computer. In this situation, the only option left is to really upgrade your GPU to a newer model, workarounds are not guaranteed to help, as the game was found to run best on later GPU models.

  1. Which incursion or map were you playing?
  2. Which platform are you on? For example, PS4, Xbox Series S, Steam, Epic?
  3. What difficulty? Was it moderate, cautious, several or critical?
  4. Were you playing solo or in multiplayer?
  5. What happened immediately before you couldn't fire or interact? For example, used a particular ability, fought a particular enemy?
  6. If you'd just used a drone, what sort of drone was it?
  7. Do you have a video of this happening? Please upload this to the video sharing website of your choice, and send us a link to it here in the thread.

Hello @bigmommyazeria thanks for the reply. This is currently not a known issue with the game, I believe you may be the first person to report this.

If you get a message that your catalyst driver has an error, it may be that your Mac is trying to use the integrated GPU instead of its dedicated GPU.

If using a dedicated GPU, please try the following steps to try and resolve this >

- Right-click on an empty space on the desktop and choose the Radeon Settings from the menu if you have the option
- Navigate to Preferences > Additional Settings > ...

  • Do you believe the operator is holding the gun incorrectly, or is there a stock you believe missing, or is the issue something else?
  • Have you noticed this issue on any other weapon other than the 222 Commando, or with any other operators?

Hi @cmdr-q! We are not currently reporting any issues with the online services. First, I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps to see if this allows you to connect to the servers. Additionally, please try a clean reinstall of your game.

If neither of these allows you to connect, please tell us the exact error code you are getting so we can look into this further!
