Thanks for sharing that you have this issue.

Is it the same for you, do you only see it in the Uplay overlay? If you go to the club app on your phone, does it not appear?

Hey folks,

If you receive this update from the game via a popup when you log in, it means that cheaters have been present in several games and therefore your rank is uncertain.

I can appreciate it can be frustrating to have your rank reset if you have received a higher rank than normal.

We cannot restore the previous rank as we are unable to edit any ranked match info.

Hey folks,

I am afraid that we are not able to transfer purchases made on one account to another account.

Just to re-iterate as well:

If you have bought the Deluxe Edition the operators are unlocked via bundle packs, not via a Year Pass. You can only share content on Xbox One if you have the Year Pass.

For example:

Scenario A:
Account 1: Owns Year 1 and Year 2 Passes. Operators are shared to Account 2 on the same console.

Scenario B
Account 1: Owns the Deluxe Edition of the game. Operators are not shared to Account 2 on the same console.
