I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to invite friends. What platform you and your friends are playing on? Do the invitations work the other way, when they are inviting you?

If possible, could you also please record a short video of this behaviour (you can post it to one of the free streaming sites, like YouTube, and share a link here) - it will greatly help us to investigate this further, thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that you had problems accessing the game and thank you for the screenshot - it's very helpful! Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing this? Have you purchased your game on Steam or elsewhere?

Please make sure to check that you are logged in to the correct Ubisoft account - if you have more than one, I'd advise to try them all. The game will only successfully launch on the account that was logged in during the first launch. Let us know how it goes! 😊...

Thanks for reaching out.

I've gone ahead and moved this to Rainbow Six: Siege as it was originally posted to Rainbow Six: Extraction.

To be able to redeem a game specific skin, you do need to accumulate some game time / progress too, typically a couple of hours / playing through the first few missions of the game.

Please play a little more of Blacklist to build up your game time before checking the reward again and let us know if you still have issues!
